Warranty

All Genie products are guaranteed against faulty parts and workmanship for a period
of five years*

Any faulty products should be referred to your installer or supplier who will return the
product to our service department to be assessed for replacement or repair at our
discretion.

Proof of purchase must accompany any claims.

* Camera and LCD screen covered for twelve months.

Note: The following is not covered under warranty.

1. Willful damage to the product.
2. Damage caused by water.
3. Damage caused by power surges or the like.
4. Faulty installation.
